By creating an account or using Kudiwise, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate account information
• Be legally permitted to use fintech services in your jurisdiction

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity under your account
• Keeping your information up to date

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Kudiwise for unlawful activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the app
• Upload false or misleading financial data
• Interfere with system security or performance

4. AI Financial Coach Disclaimer

The AI Financial Coach:

• Provides general financial insights only
• Is not a licensed financial advisor
• Does not replace professional advice

You acknowledge that financial decisions made using AI outputs are your responsibility.

5. Subscriptions & Payments (Freemium Model)

Kudiwise offers:

• A free plan with limited features
• Optional premium features (when available)

Payments:

• Are handled via third-party payment processors
• Are subject to app store terms (Apple App Store / Google Play)

Cancellations & Refunds

• Subscriptions can be cancelled via your app store account
• Refunds are governed by the respective app store policies
• We do not process refunds directly

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and branding are owned by Kudiwise or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse without permission.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of your data.

By using Kudiwise, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Error-free performance
• Continuous feature availability

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Kudiwise is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• We are not responsible for financial decisions made using the app
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for the service

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Kudiwise against claims arising from misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Illegal or harmful activity
• Security risks

You may terminate your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections under EU law where applicable.
